Villa Santa Cruz Creel, Creel

I recently stayed at a hotel in Creel, and while the town was charming and worth the drive, my experience at the hotel was less than ideal. The service was particularly disappointing, and even though the heater issue was eventually resolved, it took quite a bit of effort on our part. The local restaurant nearby was a highlight, offering great food, which was a nice plus.

I recently visited a hotel in Creel during a trip to Chihuahua with my family. While we found the town itself charming and worth the drive, our experience at this hotel was marred by poor service. The office staff, particularly a young lady, was rude and dismissive of our concerns. We faced issues with the heater that took a long time to resolve. On the positive side, there’s a delightful little restaurant nearby called Cafeteria Mi Cafe with amazing cafe de holla. Unfortunately, next time we plan to stay at the Best Western instead.
